Our rental criteria are fair and consistent. We are looking for high quality Chula Vista, Bonita and South Bay tenants who have established a history of responsible renting. We want tenants who will pay rent on time, follow the terms of their lease, and help us take care of the property. If you’ve had past evictions, trouble paying your bills, or relevant criminal convictions, you’ll want to talk to us before you apply.

When you find a home that you like, talk to one of our leasing agents about its requirements. We’ll tell you about the rental amount, the date it’s available for move-in, and whether pets are permitted. Then you can use www.rently.com to view the property in a self-guided tour at your convenience and we can help you with the application process.

Note: All residents 18 years of age or older will be required to complete an application.
